I am a new Orange customer for broadband & mobile, the reason to write to the forums is to advise on some misleading infomation from Orange on sign up.
This is with regard the phone number you can have with 'livebox' package it states you can choose a number from approx 15 area numbers if you do not wish to have a 0845 number, so on signing up asked the question and was told when all up and running you can request a different number from your members area........Wrong!! I tried this and there is no where to be found to request a change, even contacted customer services who now state YOU cannot change number. I do not wish to have a 0845 number , I now intend to pusue Orange over there misleading advertising ...be awear!

ps. Had a few issues with setting livebox up but used a few tips from the forums and hey presto! However lucky I have a little knowledge about pc's etc but anyone who does not will suffer and possibly pay for some one to get it up and running, at the end of the day it should work straight out the box for end users...take note Orange.
