i am so glad to find this site and know i'm not the only one with problems.
basically i signed up to Orange home starter in october. got my livebox and set it all up but no connection, i allowed the 10days to ensure the connetion was set up but still no connection. so i called Orange spoke to about 4 different people including a supervisor who said i needed to speak to technical advice who we arranged to call me the next day. they called me the next day went through everything still it did not work then he suggested it was my laptop whcih wasnt working, i advised him this is not the case as i can pick up other wireless connections no problem. anyway he eventually said he could cancel my account and i would have to pay the fee or send me a new live box. i gave him the benfit of the doubt and asked for a new live box. 10 days later and still no new live box arrived so i called saying i just wanted to cancel my account and i would not be paying the fee as i have hadno service from them, the advisor told me Orange did not need to provide me with a service (what????!!!). again i spoke to a supervisor who apologised said he'd send a livebox and if it did not work he;d close my account. a few days later my livebox came but still it did not work, spoke to the same supervisor again who said he would close my account no fee charged. so i sent my liveboxes back. this week i have received 2 letters from Orange, one saying i have no been paying my bills and the other telling me they have now changed my phoneline to their service. arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh as far as i was concerned it was closed down and i have a new isp. i have emailed Orange but no response as yet. sorry for ranting but i dont want a bad credit rating just because Orange are too incompetant to do their job

Yet another classic from the disfunctional world of Orange Accounts Dept.
They'll soon realise that you're not a customer !!!
Orange obviously hadn't provisioned your broadband line otherwise you wouldn't have been able to switch to another ISP.
