That was what happened when the last miracle occured!
My friend's BB service which was never active after ordering and waiting for 6 months without resolution, finally cancelled the contract and demanded compensation. She managed to haggle from an offer of £25 up to £75.
So yes, I know of at least one successful compensation claim.
