Hi i have been with Orange since Dec 2006 dose anyone know how long my contract is for? as i want to switch ISP ASP, i had a look on there website but didnt see it i mite of missed it.
I'm not certain now but it might have been just before then that the contracts changed from 12 - 18 months. But yes, the best way is to just ask them, email being the simplest option.
I think they changed some time after May 07 when I agreed to a 12 mo contract. Unfortunately I deleted the email that said that because I thought I was going to get a relatively smooth ride with Orange
