For what I am still experiencing since August 2007 and for what I have read repeatitively in this forums - ORANGE does not do anything to alleviate our problems.
You keep paying the full amount and keep getting half service if none at all.

Mind, there are quite afew decent guys at Orange, but the Directore do not bother to fix anything, they just keep getting money in from you with low costs (or so it seems) packages, etc.
