Magdalene = does anyone know if Magdalene is the firm that Orange use for their LLU lines as ive emailed them and had no responce

Yes but their customer is Orange so don't expect them to acknowledge you.

Likewise any contractor that Orange use. Your contract is with Orange not contractors employed by them.

It's normal business practice.

From what I gather Magdalene is BT.
And are the get out clause for Orange being unable to fix line problems.

Not to my knowledge, they're a private telecommunications company that provide various contract services.

yes, they are responsible for the provisioning and activation of Orange LLU lines

They are.
I have just emailed them but assume I will not get a response either.

Seeing as I am no longer a customer of Orange but cannot get internet until Magdalene repair my line and Orange then remove their tags I will be contacting Magdalene until they respond.
