After 12 monts of constant problems and terrible service i'm now at the end of my broadband agreement with Orange. They really are an absolute shambles.
Who should I swap over to? I've seen some people say good things about o2 (now Sky)? I'm in Milton Keynes.

Hello ultimateangling
We would advise that you should first take into consideration what you want from your ISP... Such as speed (up to!), email/webspace, technical support in UK/abroad and whether this is free or on a premium rate number etc...
We have outlined o2 (now Sky)'s deals here on OrangeProblems.co.uk so that you may compare them - notice only two packages have up to 20 Meg and this may only be available in certain areas. To view the above-mentioned info on o2 (now Sky), click the Orange i image which will show you what the package offers and doesn't offer (the latter most ISPs avoid putting on their website!).
The main ISPs and their packages are outlined on OrangeProblems.co.uk too - you can find them here.
If you use the above - please feedback and let us know what you think - i.e. is there essential information which we have left out or other information that would be of benefit to add... We have tried to make the pages as simple and straight-forward as possible, making it easy to see what the ISPs DO offer and what they DO NOT offer!
Your feedback would be really welcome.
Note:
o2 (now Sky) broadband is the parent company to Be which also has a great name as an ISP.
Also newnet do up to 24MB, if available in your area
I'm going off the idea of Be* because of the way they block certain websites, or maybe it's IP ranges. I know their intentions are good, but it does mean OK sites can be blocked until Be* are made aware of them. So it's going to be either newnet or idnet for me when I do go

I wouldnt let that put you off yes there is a problem with certain sites being blocked (some bright spark at 02's idea the way its implemented) but they are usually removed from the list once reported i have been with them since february and to date have never come across a blocked site only what others have pointed out, at the moment im still happy with them and is still running seperate from 02
Newnet and IDNet are Excellent although i think Newnet's LLU 24meg is confined to hants and surrounding areas at the moment.

My brother has just moved from Orange to Waitrose and thinks they are fantastic. They were top recommendation by Which? I use them as dial up when Orange goes down, usually on a daily basis!!! Their HELP line is fantastic. None of the pratting about as with Orange, question answered within a minute. When my contract runs out I think I will move there.
