Had it up for the first time yesterday, was running perfectly, went for like 20 hours non stop.
All of a sudden, it disconnects and won't reconnnect, so i called up Orange to help, he made me reset the livebox and put the frequency from 1 to like 11, now, i can connect but i keep disconnecting around every 8 minutes. It will reconnect automatically,
what's weird is right now in the bottom right it says Wireless Network Connection not connected. Strangely when i turn my firewall on, it will say it's connected, but then when it disconnects again, i have to turn my firewall off to fix the problem.
I don't know what to do, what settings to change etc.
My livebox is wired to my desktop downstairs, my connection on this desktop from wireless 24 mbps with a very good connection.
Sounds like the firewall software could be interfering with things there, possibly along with some wireless interference too. The way you changed the channel, you could try that again to see if there's a particular channel that gets you a better connection.
