I am living in Spain, I would like to get myself setup with ADSL etc by Orange/Wanadoo but their website is all in Spanish, as my Spanish is not yet up to this standard of reading, could you let me know if there is a website in Spain for Orange/Wanadoo in English.

I have a few quesions (1) how do I setup my email address, and (2) why have I been billed twice, once for 13.92 EUR for the period 18/06/2007 until 30/06/2007, second for 41.76 EUR for the period 01/07/2007 until 31/07/2007.
I have only arranged from Orange the setup for ADSL which works out at 20.00 EUR a month (without tax)
Is there anyway you could find out the name of an English speaking person on this number for me to speak to????

The response you had is not uncommon. Sometimes if you dial Telefonica's 1004 number you can't get an English speaker. Have you tried the other number................902 885 625 ?
