Hi all. i have been having problems connecting my Orange broadband connection. I use the speedtouch box. For 2 years there was not a problem then this last few weeks it has been terrible. Sometimes it flashes for a minimun of 40 mins to a maximum of all day never getting on to the internet. I have made very many calls to them but get the same answers -- will get it fixed for you. I am really fustrated with this.
Today a friend of mine who is also on Orange ( and is going to migrate as he said there service is terrible ) brought me his speedbox to try -- and it worked no problem. So after weeks of expensive telephone calls, getting nowhere all i have to do is buy a new speedbox. JUST GOES TO PROVE THAT Orange HELP/ SUPPORT ARE HOPELESS, when they could not sort that simple problem. I also will migrate to another isp.
