A week ago I could access it via the Mysite option within Orange and I could update it from there. It is only a little site so I do it directly online - (because all attempts to use WS-Ftp failed (unauthorised etc) and I have been unable to get any satisfactory solution from Wanadoo/Orange).
Yesterday I signed in and instead of seeing my Gncad site listed I got a message - Empty Site List. This makes it somewhat difficult to update my site.
I am presuming that now we are Orange the default name for a site has Wanadoo replaced by Orange - and maybe someone forgot when updating Mysite for Orange that they needed to code in the bit which searches for Wanadoo sites as well ??
Anyone help me please - I am not at all happy about this
