Trying to connect my xbox360 to my PC via the livebox for media sharing. Found the network, given an IP address, just cant find the PC, I've enabled sharing in WMP11 and it can't see my XBOX. From the XB on screen instructions I think it may be something to do with opening ports.

Anyone got any ideas what I need to do, and I'm a bit of a technophobe so in simple terms please Smile

There should be no need to open ports when operating within the internal network. Do you have any firewall and/or security software on the PC? That might be blocking the connection.
