Ive just put my second conplaint into the ISPA because of Orange capping my 8meg broadband to 608kbps.

Now, since last night, it seems my download speed has been reduced to 23Kb/s. Im not even getting the 65Kb/s that I normally get. Total disgrace.

Is this a revenge attack by Orange? Or are they finally getting off their arse and upgrading my line?

Have you been LLU'd recently? My line speed was awful. I contacted the ISPA because I thought you could do so after 5 working days, but they rejected my claim since it had to be 10 wd

I'm not sure what happens to complaints that go to the ISPA - do Orange get cc'd in at that stage also?

With a 608 sync speed it's almost guaranteed to be LLU. There were a few people who got stuck at that speed previously but it's not been heard about for sometime here, even back then it was relatively rare.
