<Livebox Issues? ~ help customer for 9 years livebox cuts off every 2 mins

Please help i have been with freeserve/wanadoo/orange for 9 years i have changed to the home max package dont have a phone connected to my live box but the line is live as symbol is on
problem i have 3 other pc connected to livebox but since oranged turned on the livebox phone the internet keeps disconnecting every 2 mins
have tried every thing restore factory settings the lot changed to wep only key to allow my PSP games console to connect what the heck can i do tis really making me mad
I cant understand the Indain call centre and all they say is reformat your hard drive which is tosh
When it disconnects does the @ light start flashing? Could have been the speed was altered and it isn't as stable. Can you check the line stats on the system info page of the livebox.
