And I bet if you continue reading, a few lines further down, it will state that you will be signing up for a minimum of 12 or 18 months if you accept their "free" upgrade !!!!!!!!
Search for earlier topics in my name, had exactly the same problem. I was on the 512Kb/s service and when upgraded the upgrade failed leaving me with 608Kb/sec and all the information at Orange's end saying it was the fastest service I could get. After being fobbed off a few times I put in an official complaint with the ISPA and it was miraculously sorted out in a few weeks. Since then I get a consistant 6.1Mb/sec. Have had occasion to call customer services a couple of times since then and had much better service after the complaint than before, guess I must be marked as "awkward b**ger who doesn't give up"

Yes I saw your thread and I made the initial complaint to ISPA. It was ignored. Time for complaint number 2 methinks.
