This is a true story from an Indian call centre and a man called John.
On the Monday my neighbour advised him of the fault and that a computer engineer had reset everything. They accepted that and did not tell him to do anything else. After a short time John said that there appeared to be a line fault and they would look into it.
On Tues he received a text from Orange to say it was fixed, but when my neighbour checked it was not working. He called again to be told to reboot and it all worked.
So I must say well done to John in India - he sorted it.
