Hi, I have the normal Broadband plus account that's £17.99 a month so I might get an Orange mobile making it absolutely free.
But what happens if I go over 2GB regularly and want to upgrade to Broadband Max (normally £27.99)? Will I just have to pay the extra £10 or will I be liable for the whole £27.99?
The salesman in the Orange shop in Brighton didn't have a clue. He said that the broadband that you got free was worth £14.99 and said it would cost £8 to upgrade. What an idiot! And when I explained that the free broadband is the £17.99 package he wouldn't believe me.
When I phoned Orange they said it would just cost another £10 but only after I prompted him. He sounded like he didn't have a clue.
