This is my first post - although I have been having significant troubles with this sites namesake all year.
Earlier this year my connection dropped and then came back by itself and so on. This made use of it impossible so I began a long and frustrating series of calls to Orange "support!!". They went through the whole line test shenannigans numerous times and after about 5 weeks finally resolved the problem. I never found out what it was. 2 weeks ago it started again and after going through the same process with "support" I have begun the process of moving to another ISP. I currently have the MAC code and am awaiting a new router to be delivered.
I am curious to know if anyone else has had this particular type of problem.
For instance this morning the connection was working - I even went on my XBOX360 and downloaded the latest updates. When I rang my wife at 4pm the @ light was doing its hoky coky again.
