I moved house back in the summer. My ADSL "connection" with Orange never worked for more than about 5 minutes at a time without dropping. After MANY unhelpful ("Call back in 5 working days") calls to Indian call-centres over a period of 3 months, my patience finally snapped.
I wrote to customer services telling them they were in breach of contract, that I was therefore terminating my contract, that I wanted a MAC code and a refund of the 3 months I had paid for no service. I got a phone call from a guy in the UK giving me my MAC code and teling me I would get a refund. I also got this in writing along with an apology. I am still waiting for the refund though!
I signed up with BT and one week later I was back online again. Connection is rock solid and I am so happy about it.
WARNING: Do not even think about signing up with Orange. Life is too short!
