the internt works fine on my computer but i really want it on my laptop. im not bothered about a wireless just yet. i connected everything correctly and connected the red wire to my laptop. i put the disc in and when the disc scans for the moden it said there was a problem as if i hadnt connected it right but i had connected it right. so i have no idea what to do. i also turned the firewall off and it still wont install.
