I have had an email address with Orange for the last two years, but over the last month I noticed I was no longer receiving emails to it, so I tried sending an email to myself as a test. This email bounced back to the alternative email address I used.
I then signed into my Orange email account. It appears that to sign in I still use my email address, but it is no longer vaild to send or receive messages. my email address is now 'my mobile number'@orange.net.
Has anyone else had this same problem as I can not find a way to change the address back to as it was and have given this address to lots of people.
