I have had Orange broadband since June this year and up untill now i have had very little problems, and when i have had a problem i've just unistalled my livebox and reinstalled and everything has been fine again (this has happened twice).
Two weeks ago i lost connection and couldn't get it back again so i tried reinstalling it again but when i do now i can only get as far as entering my username and password but then it says error check i haave entered everything properly (which i have). I have rung 550 on my phone twice now and spoken to couple of people who have had me reseting my box and going on invental admin screen to validate username and password and they still couldn't solve it.
I have a wireless conection with a belkin54g adapter of which is working fine.
When i have tried a wired connection i only get to the same stage.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try next?

Enter 192.168.1.1 into your browser,
Click the link,
Enter the username and password as both "admin",
Go into Services > Internet,
Enter your username and password (don't forget the @fs) and see what status it then comes up with. May take a minute or so and a refresh to get the final status.
