Unfortunately, I believe only Orange or their contractors are able to answer this.
I've said many times on here that I don't think Orange have complete technical control of their broadband system, particularly the LLU part.
I'm sure they are not fully aware of the effects that certain changes to server settings and software have downstream.......nor, it seems, are they particularly concerned.
I genuinely believed that sidelining Eric Abensur and installing Mike Newnham would bring about a fresh approach but if it has then it's taking a while to notice any improvements.....however small.
Perhaps the problem is bigger than anyone in Orange thought
