Orange have taken 3 payments from my bank account this month, the correct payment of £31.99 on the 12th and 2 further payments of £34.99 each on the 26th and 27th of this month. After phoning so called customer support, i was told that they have no record of the 2 payments on the 26th and 27th and therefore they cannot have been made! The so called supervisor is not able to put me through to any body else, Orange do not have a fax number for em to fax my bank statement to so i can prove the payments have been taken from my account and you cannot get a telephone number to head office to try and talk to someone else about the problem. All you are allowed to do is post a copy of your bank statement to an address - not a specific person, and it will be dealt with from there. This means that i could be waiting for weeks for it to be sorted out with nobody to talk to to get an update on the situation or to even verify the problem is being resolved. Any one else had these problems?
Yes I too have had these problems. After 6 months of not looking at my bank statements I discovered I had been double charged every month. Wanadoo could not explain this but agreed to refund the money. I carefully watched my bank statements and they then only charged the correct ammount - for a few months - and then the double charging started AGAIN (I had not changed anything with my Wanadoo account like regrading). Eventually I got it sorted and I have only been charged once every month for some time now. But I never got to the bottom of WHY it was happening.
