Hello like most of you Orange is p***ing me off too. Hoping someone can help me. Basically we signed up about 6weeks ago for the 8meg line from Orange and still we have no connection. When we recieved the livebox it didnt work so we phoned india i mean Orange and they said to leave it 10days blah blah blah...10 days later it didnt work infact it's now 20something days later and still nothing.
The problem is that we have the blinking @ light flashing 4times a second and Orange have said to do all the normal stuff they say none of which has worked. Now they have told us that their engineers will fix it from their centre so we have to leave the live box on, apparently we will recieve texts on the progress.
Was just curious if anyone is having the same or has had the same problem or even if they know a sollution.
