Before my line was LLU'd I always retained the same WAN IP address unless I had to reboot the Livebox for any reason. This meant that I was on the same WAN IP for months on end.

When I carry out my daily speedtest it shows my WAN IP and I have noticed that, since being LLU'd, my WAN IP address changes daily overnight. My Livebox, however, still shows a continuous connection with no breaks.

The first digits of the WAN IP now always stay as '91.109' but before being LLU'd if I rebooted the Livebox the complete WAN IP would change.

This is NOT a problem but I am interested in discovering the reason why the WAN IP now changes daily.

The network is just run differently, you're unlikely to get any exact details of why it runs like that.
