Yes it's amazing how low Orange will go to try and keep customers so they can continue to rob them every month.
They'll offer alsorts of freebies, reductions etc but leaving them is the only way to get a decent broadband service.
I left last August and never had any problems since joining Idnet.
Previous to that it was disconnections and then no connection for 2 weeks solid with Orange.

make sure you actually leave properly (well, it's them who should make sure), otherwise you might get threatened with legal action for not paying a bill for something that was disconnected months ago.
Although since emailing them, they keep ringing the house. Probably try and tempt us into staying. Ha.
Amazing isn't it when you have problems they promise to ring back but never do because they know u can't leave, any sign of leaving when your out of contract and they don't stop ringing you LOL, businesses like that need staying well clear of.
