i got "upgraded" to oranges LLU and found my connection was jammed on fixed 2272 sync, orange CS failed to acknowlege it and passed me from pillar to post.
got through to Orange "escalations" after ranting for hours and then guy said if imto upgrade i was to enter into another fixed 12 month agreement, after resoning he agreed to sort this out"free of charge" and it will not affect my contract status, after a fight 10 mins later he caved, my sync is now just over 6mb.
i guess im a orage sucess story, if this is happening to you threten to cancel and ask for a supervisor, it worked for me!
