As I am 1 of the supposedly only 3% of France that cannot get an ADSL line despite the fact I can see the nearest town (St Lo) through my window, I am stuck with a dial up line and the incredibly slow response times. The slowest of which is, of course, waiting for the Orange mailsite to open. Fortunately I use the Outlook programme for my Hotmail site.
My problem which they refuse to help me with in English is that if I try to doenload anything, or sometimes spuriously the browser shuts down telling me "WOOBrowser.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. Is there anything I can do to stop this ?
