I upgraded to Orange's Livebox wireless service about Three weeks ago. I cannot use the Internet either wired or wireless, on my PC or laptop. It says it is connected, but nothing works. Called technical support. No joy. After a long weekend of calls, was told they would send me a new Livebox. Was promised that if it didn't work, they would not charge me the £300 cancellation fee (seeing how I have had no service!!) Two weeks later, still no new Livebox. Called customer service - no record of order or offer to waive cancellation fee! Lady I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. Won't send MAC code. I have to wait a month before I can cancel. DON'T USE Orange! They are liars and service is terrible.
