I left Orange about 3 months ago, basically because they are useless and the customer support can best be described as atrocious. My email has worked no problem since i left them behind for Sky.
Now today i try to log into my email account and it's like it doesn't exist! I know my password was not guessed, but even if it was there is no way to change the password or email address as i have tried in the past. It was something to do with the type of email i was using, so malicious activity does not come into the equation.
So, how can my email address disappear overnight? Have Orange pulled it from under my feet without any kind of warning? Is there anyway i can get this email address back?
Please help if you can. The account is used for many important things in my life and all comments are very much appreciated.
Please accept my apologies, I kind of jumped in head first in a state of panic when I obviously should have done a full search beforehand.

EDIT: I'll be telling everyone i ever meet for the rest of my life to steer clear from Orange in regards to any service they offer, be it mobile phones or internet access. I would not mind so much losing the account, but giving no warning via email is totally unacceptable morally. If i can stop 60-100 people going with them i'm a happy man!!
It's worth checking with them (if you're feeling brave) to see if the account is recoverable, most in the previous fiasco did manage to get to their emails.
But remember, for the future, do not rely on any webmail service, download it to your own email client on your PC.
