I have been struck with the deadly PPP Server down issue again
After lots of hassle & threatening to leave earlier this year, it was sorted within a day, of receiving assistance from a chap called Ian Sunderland of the Customer Action Team. Any subsequesny problems i've had, i contacted Ian, & they were siorted promptly.
To my horror, after e mailing him yesterday re my laterst problem, i get an auto responded message saying he's left Orange, his tel no is now a recorded message telling you to contact the main customer services number
I did forward my e mail onto the Executive Office, i have had a read receipt for my e mail, but as yet, no response.
Does anyone have a contact telephone number for the the Customer Action Team, or an e mail address for them?
