Similar to another problem on this forum. I can't make a payment on my Orange BB account (free laptop deal, of which we contributed an extra £200 to spec up). I've got the cash for the payment 4 days after it's due, I just don't fancy being cancelled and hit for the full 16 months left on the original contract. The delay is entirely down to uncontrolable circumstances but Orange are having none of it. Any ideas?

Talk to Orange before the due date and explain the problem, emphasising that you will pay on a specific date.
Unfortunately, you're in their hands......just hope they have a touch of seasonal goodwill in them.
