I keep having to dial at least 6 times before it will connect my broadband and sometimes i cannot get a connection, i have to shut down and restart my computer but even that does not work all the time,i have been on to Orange and they sent me a new Set up Disc ,which i blindly followed and reinstalled but i keep getting , "could not find Server "or it "cannot recognise the user or Password ",i.m getting to the end of my tether with Orange Can anyone advise?
Presumably you're using a speedtouch modem. What does its lights show and do they change? What error codes are you getting, usually there's a 4 digit code 06xx or 07xx.
