Hope someone can help! For the last Three days, I have been unable to access www.bankmercantile.com I have been with wanadoo/orange for four years and have never had a prob accessing this website until now. i havent changed any of my settings and am managing fine to access my UK online banking with RBS etc. My friends who have diff internet providers are managing to access bankmercantile no problem. Can anyone try and get into this site and let me know if they are also having problems?
I contacted Orange but they said I have to w8 24-48 hours to see if it is a prob at their end..the weird thing about it is they didnt ask which site I am trying to access!!! but I told them.
