Well two weeks into this wonderful Max service and its C***, lets see, VOIP, nice to know a number does not exist, when dialling out, strange its my wifes mobile number and oh yes its Orange.
Strange, the phone service comes and GOES. Every time the Livebox changes its IP the phone service goes. I do a disconnect, and reconnect via the Livebox and things work again (as long as its not an IP beginning with 91. it seems).
Call quality , poor, caller Id at other end dubious.
Home phone main Line. Only just transfered over two days ago, line quality very poor, was okay prior. Caller ID now shows CALL. This after them saying it would be the same as BT service. Now my wife is disabled with psych problems and Caller Id is a MUST, its a deal breaker for us. Its offered and I expect it. Re-reading the info it actually says 1571 and caler ID are free for 6 months?, and then after this? Cannot find pricing for either service in the tarrif.
Broadband, its not broad at all, sorry I do not see 2 meg equating to possible 8 meg or the 4 that was advised. The service comes and goes as it feels like. If I can't get this level its not as advertised.
So I'm supposed to phone a 7p a minute number and be put on hold on yet another poor line to speak with somebody WHO has no understanding of the nuances of my language. Forget it. Sorry I do not find the service "fit for purpose".

You've only asked one question.....yes, they charge for both after 6 months.
