I'm having to post from a library as my computer cant load anything apart from google properly. The Service Status syas there are llu problems or something, is anyone else having this problem? The helpline gave typically dismal advice, eventually saying I probably have a virus and that I have to go to thinkbroadband.com (which wont load!) for 3 days to measure my broadband speed.
I really am tired of this.
The best option would be to download the program and save the instruction pages to disk, CD or USB stick and then take them home. That way you have all details right there to check.
