After 4 months of trying, we have finally got our MAC code and it is on its way right now
My Dad rang them up this afternoon, he asked and they went though the usual "We have now found the fault in your line and it will be fixed soon" crap, but we got it. They said they were going to send it via email, but what is the point when we cant even get online? So, hopefully it will be with us in 5 days though snail mail, if not, My dad is going to get the ISPA involed.
