Hi. Can any one help??
I have no problem getting my e-mail through my wanadoo e-address but the messages will not open. I have to open them through reply to read them.I have no problem sending mail.I have a MAC. I also have another two addresses but I prefer using my wanadoo address. The Orange support keep telling me to contact MAC but if it was them I would not be able to open the other two addresses. javascript:emoticon(' Confused

Once email has downloaded Orange have nothing to do with it so it sounds more like some problem with the email program, specifically for that account.
Do the emails remain unviewable normally if you close down and reopen the program?

I think what Elhana means is.....the email client (OE ?) that you use could be the problem.

Once you've downloaded from Orange webmail into OE(?) then webmail has no involvement.

Try looking at the messages in webmail...can you open and read ?

Look at the settings in the email client, these could be preventing you reading normally.
