Dear users,
I'm looking for current users using the Chipping Sodbury exchange. I've been with Orange for 3 weeks and have had no end of problems with Orange broadband. Connection is fine during the day but by 6pm the adsl connection is dropped and I cannot connect again till the following morning. Orange technical support keep passing the buck - they say there is a major problem with either the exchange or line and it is in the hands of BT - but each time I phone back they say there has been a problem sending the info to BT!
Is any else using the Chipping Sodbury exchange having similar problems or is just me?
Many thanks for your time,
jhoulston.

To identify any internal phone cabling problems try a connection direct into the BT linebox test socket behind the removable frontplate. This willgive you the "cleanest" connection signal by by-passing any phone extension boxes.

It was adsl via the BT phone line not cable. It's not a socket issues, I have checked all of those. It is an issue with Orange but all they say is there is a problem but nothing ever happens.
