I cannot wait to move away from Orange. They are severely affecting my business. I run a website and I'm unable to communicate with other members of staff via email, or send out my weekly newsletter. They are for some reason either blocking my server's IP, or my domain!!!
I only ever email subscribed members, so I'm not spamming!
I have no faith whatsoever in resolving this through their helpdesk. I have had to speak to their helpdesk staff on several occassions and can hardly understand a word they are saying (no offence to anyone!)
If anyone knows of a good contact where I can discuss email blacklisting, then I would be most grateful. However, this would be a short term solution until I can escape!
