theres a couple of things. any help would be great.
1. over the last 2 weekends my broadband has been dead. its stops round about 7 on a staurday night and doesnt come back on until sunday. its ends up with me having to completly resetiing the livebox using the disk to reboot everyting. any ideas?
2.i recently upgraded to a vista system and im supposes to have a 2mb unlimited connection but at the mo my download rate its round about the 15kb/s over the wireless network. and a wired connection peaks at 25ish kb/s. ive done a speed test and it said its running at 100kb/s which is annoying the crap out of me.
Help please? ringing Orange directly isnt getting me anywhere fast.
will they take me to court if i cancel the contract, because im abit pi**ed with paying for a service that im not getting.
