Anybody know whether when Orange take over your BT line the home phone service will include caller display or any of the other extras currently provided on the BT line.
I can not see any mention of this in their advertisements for the Home Max service (Caller Display is already included on the Livebox line).
In addition, we'll make sure you keep track of your missed calls with Call Minder (1571) and see who's calling with caller ID - both free for six months.
It doesn't say how much they will be after 6 months and I've not seen it listed anywhere.
Orange did not provide caller id to me. I phoned their customer service which is totally rubbish and said it would be turned on in 24 hours. They did however say this about the 1571 call minder service as well which I do not want. One person said they turn it off in 24 hours the other said it can not be turned off.
It's been internally posted that prices for the caller id and 1571 services will be posted at some point in the future, so they aren't available at all right now it seems.
