Whilst looking to leave OrangeThree weeks ago was provided the option of BB+ and was of the understanding that this was the same as the Unlimited package using a special rate to stop defection to another ISP. Started using Talk yesterday and find acharge of £20 built up, so not the same package.
Can anyone advise / provide a link for T&C's of BB+? I have a feeling I may have been sold a duff one but without paperwork am struggling.
Sorry I don't think I've made the point clear.....Orange have offered a 'special' package to keep me as a customer which is called Broadband Plus (BB+). I am building up a picture through many calls on the 870 customer service number that this service does not match either Starter or Unlimited but appears to be a mix of both.
T&C's on their website refer to only Starter and Unlimited packages. As there are no 'published' T&C's for this package then I am trying to track them down asI feel I have been mislead when sold the 'special package'.
Well Plus was an old package used last year but AFAIK isn't used anymore. Generally if you're using a livebox with the talk service then the broadband unlimited T&C's should apply, although if they've mentioned any specific download limit for it then that would apply as well. The old plus was 30gig I believe.
A nice lady from Orange called me to sort out the issues that needed claryfying and has really done a good job in restoring my confidence in their customer support.
Admitting errors are all theirs and I await email confirmation that certain verbal offers are to be upheld.
Big thanks to the people who have developed this site as ISPA detail together with Orange's own literature made the case easy for me.
Will update once I see the email as to whether they keep their word.

bb plus is upto 8mb speed, 2gb download usage, you get the talk service on livebox but only free evening and weekend calls to 01 and 02 numbers.
