Anyone know what the situation is for the 70 destinations that were listed for "Broadband Unlimited" but are no longer listed for "Home Max" or "Home Select" ?
Are those contracted under "Broadband Unlimited" unaffected?
Or has Orange unilaterally made us "Home Select" subscribers?
You'll still be under the Unlimited account, I believe they can alter the free countrys list without actively informing customers but I don't know if the change is for everyone or just new customers.

I am unlimited and kept my calls to 100 international, dont think O can take them off you and replace with the 30 countries current offer...that would constitute a change of T&C - they would effectively be removing part of the service you signed up for, lose that then they could lose alot of full price/5 pound Unlimited customers
Your still Unlimited customer - sign into your account and go to change package, tells you your plan & specifics there
Does anyone have a list of the 100 and the 30 countries... i'm still unlimited so should hopefully have the 100 but have never used my livebox once in about 2.5 years.
If you haven't used the Livebox in "about 2.5 years",then you'll probably find that the second line will not work, as these are now generally closed after 90 days of inactivation.
If this is the case then you will need to set it up again by contacting Customer Support. They will need to re-register you to the second line. It takes 5 days to assign a new number to the account and you'll receive an email confirming when the second line service is active once more.
If I were I would also ask them what details they hold for your contact email address, as it may be one that you no longer use. They can update the contact email address to one of your choice.

I am on 'Broadband Unlimited' and still ring some of the countries not included in the 30 available to the 'Orange Home package'.
My grand daughter has just got an Orange mobile phone and I am not sure whether 'Broadband Unlimited' has FREE calls to Orange mobiles (this is available to 'Orange Home').
If anybody knows the link to the current T&Cs and Call Prices list for 'Broadband Unlimited' 2nd line I would appreciate it.
