Here's me moaning becuase i have had no internet for 2 weeks.... Have been reading the posts on here and am in despair.
I sincerely hope my lack of internet connection doesn't go into the 7-9 weeks some people have been experiencing. I am ready to throw my Speedtouch through the window and commit harry carry as it is.
Isn't there anything anyone can do to solve the problem. From reading the posts and from my own assumptions the problems we are experiencing are down to the 8mb upgrade??
I even called a different ISP and they are reluctant to have me switch to them as they say the problem I have will only come with me.
Do Orange not realise that we pay for an internet connection because we need one, not to mention the inconvenience and sheer frustration they are causing people.
I feel sorry for the agents that take the calls and try my hardest not to lose my temper with them. Especially when they keep telling me no updates... call back in 48hrs. Incidently this has now increased to 5 working days.
I guess the answer to my question is YES looks like this may go into the 7-9 weeks as some have experienced.
