Am I mad to choose Orange BroadBand?
It's just that I pay them 60 quid a month for my phone so why not get the web for free?

I am with Pipex now and am quite happy with them, good product just dont like price or policies.

My exchange is in sunbury on thames. I'm about 1 mile down the road and things have always got done on time.

Could I be a lucky one and get great value and service for my 60 quid?

Well you've said that you're quite happy with Pipex's broadband right now.
Do please bear in mind that Orange are not an ISP, they just take money and give an excuse for a service.
You certainly will be particularly lucky to receive a reliable broadband service from Orange indeed.

Reading all these problems on the forum I would indeed be MAD to chose Orange.

Off I go to 'BE' for some 24 meg approx speed.

I would strongly recommend against going with Orange, even if its free

Its great for a month then everything goes down hill!!

I have had no interent for around 30days and now moved to BT but honestly if you want to get the worst support ever then go with Orange, otherwise steer well clear
