Orange Jukebox won't let me in. I'm using Vista and IE7 (and Firefox). I get a message saying I should use the latest versions of both. I have. I've posted this in several places, but no=one answers. Help a newbie please.
Jukebox is a third party program. I believe Yahoo now honour the Musicmatch license, but you would have to purchase Yahoo Musicbox Plus and then call customer support for a refund.
However the following may help you to make Musicmatch Jukebox work with Vista.
Right click the Musicmatch program shortcut on your desktop and select properties.
Go to the compatibility tab.
Click the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" box, and select "Windows 2000" directly underneath.
Make sure that "Run this program as an administrator" under "Privilege Level" is selected.
You could also click on "Show Settings for All Users" and make the same selections in the box that pops up.
Click the musicmatch icon on your desktop (the one you set properties for) when you want to start the program, and when Vista brings up the "This program has known compatibility issues" box, just click "Run program".
