I've got an 8 meg connection. During the day my speeds are a constyand 6 meg which i'm happy with. However during the evening this rate drops to anywhere between 1 and 3 megs.
Is this normal ? I never had this problem until a month or so ago.
I've contacted technical support but despite doing a line test have been of no help at all and to be honest I can't really tell what they're saying.
