Signed up for Homemax 1/10/07 received my live box 4/10/07 tried installing it on a wired connection on 4/10/07 - didn't work? How long will I have to wait before I am connected? Is it normal to receive your livebox before your properly connected? The letter I got with the live box said I will receive an e-mail confirming this will it be connected when I get that?
It's normally 10 working days from the date of registration.
You can call customer support on 0870 010 2462 and they should be able to provide you with your expected activation date, or 150 if you dial from an Orange mobile phone.
